YOUR LAND SHALL YIELD HER INCREASE
I urge you to read LEVITICUS 26:1-13 THIS MORNING BEFORE ANY OTHER THING. Beloved, It does not matter what your circumstance look like, it does not matter what the economists are saying, all what the Word of God says is that this year the Lord will give you that which is good and your land shall yield her increase. It is not about what you doing, who you know; it is all about the God in you. By His surest mercies this year He will bless you beyond human comprehension. You don’t have to struggle, you don’t have to do anything, only believe in Him. No one can predict what will happen this year, the economists do not know the amount of rain to fall or the number of seed to be sown, but your God knows the end from the beginning, He will prosper you.
Five strongest times the Lord our God spoke about increase of the land and will like you to read, affirm and claim His words to your life and yours this day: one in Lev. 26:4, “Then I will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit. 2. Psalm 67:6, Then shall the earth yield her increase; and God, even our own God, shall bless us. 3. Psalm 85:12, Yea, the LORD shall give that which is good; and our land shall yield her increase. 4. Ezekiel 34:27 And the tree of the field shall yield her fruit, and the earth shall yield her increase, and they shall be safe in their land, and shall know that I am the LORD, when I have broken the bands of their yoke, and delivered them out of the hand of those that served themselves of them. And lastly, Zech. 8:12, For the seed shall be prosperous; the vine shall give her fruit, and the ground shall give her increase, and the heavens shall give their dew; and I will cause the remnant of this people to possess all these things.
Jehoshaphat addressed the fear of the people when they thought they had to fight against the enemies that confronted them, he told them, you do not have to fight in this battle, only believe in the Lord, only put your trust in one and only living God and prosperity is yours (2 Chronicles 20). Do not put your trust in the economy, government budget or your salary; let your trust be in God the Almighty. This year is different from last year. Sometimes you might be thinking you do not have seed to sow, let me shock you, you do not need to have seed before you harvest. It depends on which type of crops you want to harvest, for cassava you only need the stem for planting, for sweet potatoes you will be surprised that it is only the leaf that you need to plant, it is your God that will bring the increase, do not be troubled, this is your year. Whether it is seed, stem or leaf to plant, you will sing your song this year.
The precaution to these blessings for the year is total obedience to God’s instructions. If you are willing and obedient, you shall eat the best of the land (Isaiah 1:19). Obedience to God’s words this year is better than load of offering you want to give as seeds to God, he said you must not set up any image of stone in your land, to bow down unto it: for He is the LORD your God. You shall keep His Sabbaths, and reverence His sanctuary and walk in His statutes, and keep His commandments, and do them; THEN, He will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.
