The Angel Placed On Your Path: When you pray for destiny helpers, what actually come to mind? To see a Spirit Being in white attire spreading out his two wings? No, it won’t happen that way. Not until you exhaust the angels already placed on your path, you can never see any other Angel from God. God had already placed some people on your path to direct your steps and tow you inline to His will. The prayer to pray therefore is that God should reveal to you the right angels to fulfil your destiny. There are people who are to guide and guard you; they include your parents, teachers, pastors and guardians, people who know more than you, the successful in your area of business, vocation or profession. These people may not be perfect, but they are there to direct your path.
When I entered into the senior secondary school, my aunt who I lived with around that time took me to one of her neighbours, an English teacher who occasionally comes to visit his family in Akure then. When we got to his house, my aunt said, “Sir, this your son will be sitting for WAEC soon, he need your help”. The man looked at me, smiled and just entered his room, brought out a pocket-size Oxford Dictionary, and gave it to me to always read. Within me, I said, but my aunt brought me here so that this man can organize extra classes for me, why is he now giving me a dictionary? Even though I occasionally read the dictionary, I did not see any reason at that time to study it very well, it was several years later that I got to know the value of reading and study a dictionary and understand the message the man was trying to pass. "What an old man see while sitting, a young man cannot see while standing".
No matter who you are, you need a mentor. You may not know the value of the people placed on your path today, but sooner or later you will understand the reason(s). Hagar already lost her own mentor in Sarah, if not that the Angel of God caught her beside a fountain and asked her to go back and submit to her mistress, until then the promise did not come. Solomon knew the end of that young man but the later did not deem it fit to seek the King’s Counsel; he looked down on his wisdom. Assuming that he familiarized himself with Solomon, he would have known that the road he is walking, Solomon had already walked there 1000 times and knew how it would always end. Joshua was mentored by Moses, he became his successor. Wherever you are in life, there are some people who are already ahead of you, you do not need to fight them, you only need to associate yourself and court their friendship. If you do, your journey will be smooth and they will be able to guide you to reach your desired goal.
But many of us are too proud to submit to our mentor, after all, you are a graduate. Maybe your mentor does not even have a car, but you are riding one and you think what he can offer. Beloved, there are secrets to life and where you are heading to, somebody has already been there and come back. So, go look for a mentor and if possible, live with them, work for them for free, and by this, you will have opportunity to observe their ways of life and get access to their secrets for successful living.
