Today is created for you, not you for the day. Today is answerable to you, each day including today is loaded with benefits. Before God created man at creation, He had first of all created all that man will enjoy. He was not in rush, He patiently created what each day should bring. Therefore, it is a privilege for you to see the light of today, which means there are plenty to eat and abundant to have in your possessions. One thing I wish you can do and which you must do to enjoy the benefits today brings is to wipe away your past and negative experiences about how you fail, how you did not get that favour, whatever unpleasant experience(s) you might have, remember it not again. Today is a brand new day and comes with its own blessings. Yeah, you have prayed before and there was no answer; today, pray again, there will be answer because the day has been loaded with benefits and each day comes with its own packages of benefits and blessings which are for you.

Do not be discouraged, take that step again and you will surely have testimonies. Peter said to Jesus, the place where you said I should throw my net, I have toiled all night there before, but because you said it, I will obey. He did and caught great multitude of fishes (Luke 5). For the fact that you are seeing today is a great miracle. Recently, a man went to see his elder brother and they were together until he departed around 7:30pm and he said to his elder brother, “See you tomorrow”, behold, he was killed around 8:00pm same night. Therefore, today is loaded with benefits because you are part of it, thank God for life and thank God for His benefits (Psalms 68:19, 103:2, 116:12).

Note, some people will have their first car today, some people will move into their own apartments today, some will have their first jobs today, some will give birth to their first child today, some will confirm their pregnancy today, some will receive their first million today. Beloved, do not condition yourself to previous experiences, today is different and do not spoil today with negative thinking and wishing. To draw today’s benefits, you need to open your mouth, forget about lack of help, open your mouth in prayers unto God and He will grant you the desires of thy heart. Another thing is to try again, check that email address again; go, knock that door again, go and resubmit the application again, and if peradventure, there is nothing to do, live your house and walk around your vicinity, God may drop a new idea for you. Daily benefit is not just about money or something physical, parts of daily benefits include spiritual endowment. One day it will happen and it is today. Do not look at what is happening around your environment, look at what God is saying to you. Your environment is not important, what important is God in your environment. In conclusion, today may be a new beginning of starting a new thing, and there is a star in a start; that may be your own benefit. Whatever, look out for something great today, it is happening to no one else but you. Only believe!
