THE POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT (3)

THE POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT (3)

When we rely on the Holy Spirit, we are connected to the source of all power. The Spirit empowers us to live holy lives, to minister effectively, and to endure hardship. He is the comforter, the advocate, and the helper that Jesus promised.

Ephesians 5:18 commands us to “be filled with the Spirit.” This is not a one-time event but an ongoing experience. To be filled with the Spirit means to yield control of our lives to Him, allowing Him to lead and guide us in all things.

We can cultivate a Spirit-filled life by spending time in prayer, meditating on Scripture, and walking in obedience to God’s commands. As we draw near to God, the Holy Spirit fills us with His presence and power.

The power of the Holy Spirit is essential for every believer. Without the Spirit’s power, we are powerless to live the Christian life or carry out the Great Commission. But with the Holy Spirit, we have all the power we need to overcome sin, proclaim the Gospel, and live lives that glorify God.

Let us seek to be continually filled with the Holy Spirit, relying on His power in every aspect of our lives. As we do, we will experience the abundant life that Jesus promised and bear much fruit for His Kingdom.

Word Affirmation: "As for me, I will call upon God; and the LORD shall save me." – Psalm 55:16 (KJV) (Don't just say it, mean it!)

"The power of the Holy Spirit is not just for witnessing, but for transforming every area of our lives."
