IT’S VICTORY TIME
Since the fall of man, in every life, home, marriage, and ministry, there are huge problems and unexplainable challenges. Job exclaimed, “Man that is born of a woman is of few days, and full of trouble” - Job 14:1. We are pressed on every side, push down even sometimes and discouraged when no hope is in sight. The most painful thing is when one has prayed series of prayers and it seems there is no result; one tends to be the discouraged. The Word of God to you this morning is, “It’s Victory Time”. It is time to rejoice, it is your time. For every power that says you shall not take up your possession shall be utterly wasted (Amen).
The Israelites had possessed a fraction of the land that flows with milk and honey, but Jericho resolves that Israel shall not be its master, it strengthened its walls and was straitly shut up, no one goes in, and no one goes out. But to the people of Israel it was another round of war, but to God it is victory time. He told the Israelites to walk round shout once in a day and seven times the seventh day, and the battle was won based on God’s instructions and commands.
It does not matter if your enemies has reinforced and seems the battle is tensed at the moment. You might have started this year with unexplainable experiences, the Word for the Moment to you is, “It Is Victory Time”. Your moment of victory has started. The Israelites had no strategy for war, walking round a wall and shouting once in a day does not bring down a wall and never a strategy for winning wars. But with God, to win this battle, they must shout (emphasize mine). You must shout too, sing aloud and dance, for the battle is of the Lord. Paul said, “Rejoice evermore”- 1 Thessalonians 5:16. Within these few days you will have unimaginable victories over those unexplainable battles. You are a victor, a conqueror already. Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world (1 John 4:4). Rejoice, your walls of challenges had already falls; you are taking possession of your destiny and your enemies already in troubles. Congratulations!
Beloved, in a matter of days, if only you can believe and do what the Israelites did, shout, sing aloud and rejoice; you will have great, dumbfounding testimonies. For the battles that you have seen before you see them no more, it is victory time. I have no doubt within me that your victory is sure and near than before. It doesn’t matter what the first five month of the year has brought unto you, It is victory time, therefore sing and dance. The city that was straitly shut up was ‘straightly’ taken by the people (Joshua 6:20). My only advise to you this day is for you to prepare adequately in order to take the spoils. Have a victorious day.
Word Affirmation: "So the people shouted when the priests blew with the trumpets: and it came to pass, when the people heard the sound of the trumpet, and the people shouted with a great shout, that the wall fell down flat, so that the people went up into the city, every man straight before him, and they took the city." - Joshua 6:20 (Don't just say it, mean it!)
