THE PACE OF FAVOUR: MOVING FORWARD AT GOD’S SPEED

When God’s favour is upon us, progress accelerates, aligning with His divine purpose. The “pace of favour” implies that when God’s hand is on our lives, He makes everything align perfectly, removing obstacles and bringing us to our purpose more swiftly than human effort alone could achieve.

In Esther 2, we see Esther, a Jewish girl, rise to become queen. She received favour from the king and was chosen, a process accelerated by God’s favour and her obedient heart.

Psalm 5 speaks of God’s blessing on the righteous. In Psalm 5:12, it says, “For thou, LORD, wilt bless the righteous; with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield.” This verse reminds us that God’s favour surrounds and protects us.

Seeking God’s favour is essential for His guidance. By praying for favour and trusting His timing, we will walk in the pace He sets, experiencing progress and protection.
