NOT GOD

Many of us have seen the ones we termed bad guys, few who are not fervent in the Lord but became the chosen vessels. He is not good enough, prodigal and no one is ready to associate with such, yet one will amazed why God chose such a man to work in His vineyard. A man whether in your community or within the church may be so bad and not fit for use in your own eyes, yet at a later time God find him useful for His service. My advise to you today is to leave every man to their fate, whether good or bad, do not judge any man. The way and manner other people behaves should not be your concern, you may advise such, but never write anybody off, because you are not the God that created him in the first instance.

One will be surprised to read Jesus’ reaction to Saul’s evil deeds, someone who supervised the death of Stephen, put many people in the prison and going on a mission to destroy others. Ananias confirmed the fears too when the Lord called unto him to go heal Saul. He said, “Lord, I have heard by many of this man, how much evil he hath done to thy saints at Jerusalem: And here he hath authority from the chief priests to bind all that call on thy name (Act 9:13-14).” Yet, this man became a chosen vessel. Beloved, do not write anybody off. Human beings may stay away from such a man, not wanting to associate with such but not God.

Any evil, sin committed by man or mistake(s) he made was to God and himself, so why do you want to condemn him? Your concern should be yourself and how you can become better and be useful unto God, man and your community. Whether somebody misbehave in your group and expect such to be a mature soul and s/he did otherwise, his/her action should not make you to condemn such. If you are chance call him and with love, correct him. If he listen, thank God; if not leave him to God. But to say or think negatively about him is to deny oneself of God’s mercy and expect God’s wrath. Do you remember how Jesus addressed Saul on his way to Damascus? “Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me?”, that was Jesus. You saw somebody who is breathing cruelty against your people, what would you do? It is to destroy him, but not Jesus Christ, not God. Therefore, have this mind in you, to not throw down any man no matter what he did. Leave everything to God who is the righteous Judge.

Word Affirmation: “For in him we live, and move, and have our being." - Acts 17:28 (Don't just say it, mean it!)

“ Your concern should be yourself and how you can become better and be useful unto God, man and your community. "
