Testify of the One Who Walked with You

Testify of the One Who Walked with You

The two disciples who walked with Jesus to Emmaus couldn't keep the experience to themselves. They testified. They told the others what had happened on the road and how Jesus made Himself known to them. That’s what testifying is-simply sharing your personal encounter with Jesus. It’s not about having the perfect words. It’s about being real, honest, and excited about what you’ve seen and felt. When Jesus walks with you through grief, confusion, joy, or breakthrough, there is always something to tell.

Your testimony is powerful because it’s yours. People can argue with opinions or theories, but no one can deny your story. Maybe He brought you through a season of pain. Maybe He answered a silent prayer. Or maybe you felt His peace when everything around you was falling apart. That’s the story someone else needs to hear today. You’re not just telling about Jesus-you’re showing that He is alive and still walking with people right now.

Don’t underestimate your voice. Whether it’s over coffee with a friend, a short post online, or a quiet moment with someone in need, your story can light a spark in another heart. When you testify of Jesus, you glorify Him and encourage others. He walked with you for a reason-and one of those reasons is so you can tell others, “I met Him on the road. He changed everything.”

Word Affirmation: “Ye are my witnesses, saith the Lord, and my servant whom I have chosen…” (Isaiah 43:10) (KJV) (Don't just say it, mean it!)

"Your story with Jesus is the evidence someone else needs to keep walking in faith."
