IF CHILDREN, THEN HEIRS

When the firstborn of the Egyptians were killed, of the salvation of Israel's firstborn. The firstborn were to be dedicated to God as his peculiars and redeemed throughout all ages as a reminder of that distinctive favor and out of thankfulness. God, who by virtue of creation is the owner and supreme authority of all beings, thus asserts a right of protection over the firstborn Israelites, saying, "Sanctify to me all the firstborn." Before they solemnly submitted their firstborn to God, acknowledged his ownership of them, and received them back from him again at a set rate, the parents were not to regard themselves as interested in them.

When our lives or the lives of our children are given to us as a prey, at least some kind of grateful acknowledgement should be paid in acts of devotion and charity. That which is by specific distinguishing mercy spared to us should be in a peculiar way dedicated to God's honor. God, who is the first and best, deserves to have the first and best, so we should give him our most precious possessions. The families' pride and hope lay on their firstborn children. So they shall be mine, declares God. If we are willing to give up what we value most in this world for him, it will appear that we love him the most (as we should). The church of the firstborn is what has been made holy to God. All those who are born anew and from above are considered as firstborn because of their relationship with Christ, who is the firstborn among many brethrens. They possess a superiority of power and dignity, and if they have offspring, heirs.

Christ came to fulfill the law; He is the firstborn among many brethrens. He gave Himself to His Father. Whatever you have or you placed value on should be dedicated to God. You are joint-heir with Christ and you ought to yield yourself to God the Father. Ensure He (God) accept your sweet savour offering, your body.

Word Affirmation: “ And the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where ye are: and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague shall not be upon you to destroy you, when I smite the land of Egypt." - Exodus 12:13 (Don't just say it, mean it!)

“ Whatever you have or you placed value on should be dedicated to God. "
