The Journey that Turned Everything Around

The journey to Emmaus began with heartbreak. Jesus had died, and hope felt lost. But that same journey ended with clarity, purpose, and urgency. What changed? Jesus joined them on the road. When Jesus walks with you, even your detours become divine appointments. What was once a road of retreat becomes a path of return.

God specialises in turning things around. He doesn't always remove the road-you may still have to walk it-but He transforms you along the way. When your heart begins to understand the bigger picture, and when His Word starts to make sense, the same journey that felt like a burden becomes your breakthrough. Your return trip will not be the same as your departure.

Don’t give up on your journey. You may be one moment away from the turnaround. Keep walking. Keep listening. Let the Word do its work. One encounter with Jesus can shift your perspective so deeply that you no longer run away from your purpose-you run toward it.
